In accordance with the law of 16 May 2023 transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, on the protection of persons ho report breaches of Union law, CLOOS S.A. has established an internal reporting channel dedicated to whistleblowers.
Any whistleblower may report a breach of national or European law occurring within the professional activities of CLOOS by sending an email to the following address :
